The house has seven apartments. All apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the studio has one room and one bathroom), a kitchen and a living area. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The house is located directly on the cliff of Ras Kathy. A small semi-private beach can be reached via stairs. One of the most beautiful reefs in the Red Sea is right in front of the house.
